I’m 5’2”, 22 yrs old. My highest weight was 208 about 1.5 yrs ago. 
35 lbs down though since I officially started in Jan of 2012 on my lifestyle change. 30 more lbs to go woo!

I worked my ass off for 4 days in a row. 5th day i am weak as hell. just did a 10 min cardio work out. and today, i woke up and my shoulder is stuck every time i try too move it. I hope i can do some walking. my husband has a PFA in a week and we have been dieting and exercising together. i hope we see results. 

so irritated. i cant seem to lose this weight. or baby fat. ugh

I am trying to make this my life style. working out and eating healthy. by doing so i do allow myself to eat sweets but i never over do it. over endulge like i use to. im pushing harder than before when i work out and im not stressing. ive been doing this for about 3 weeks and i still just cant seem to lose weight. im still 131. and its frustrating but im still working out and staying active and eating as best as i can. i just cant figure out why im still 131..

I’m not giving up, but  I am giving myself a slight break. im stressing about my weight- the number. I think i need to acceept that im 131. lbs. and to make 121 is going to be a long process and im going ot have to stop obsessing about the number. over all i need to just be fit. screw the number.
